EIpetni330 , the Azure DevOps Org and Microsoft Defender for DevOps instance must belong to the same Tenant.
Was happening to me. So at the end, for testing purposes i created a new Tenant, then linked AzDO org with that tenant, and after this, i was able to select the ORG from Microsoft Defender for DevOps.
