Defender and Azure Devops reporting

I have configured defender for our Azure Devops Organization and we have some details whe we visite MS defender | Devops.

It says  2 code Findings as shown here

but going down we see more than 2 findings all Flagged with 

for last 2 columns for last 2 columns, what does this means?

clicking for example on "App1"

It showas 2 high severity items , and 3 medium. one of the them, last one which says 

In the take action for the 1st high item it indicates "Select a finding to view details", when I click on findings, there is nothing

Also, in another item details, it is indicated "1 Active Recommandations" which we cant click on and see the recommendation 

Can you please explain as we have the impression that the reporting is very fuzzy and not very clear for non-experts in Defender.
