Create new Logic App for workflow automation - Only NEW findings

Hello,

We are reviewing the process for creating an email alert for any "New" out of compliance resources that get created starting from this date moving forward.  In our test, we began to receive email alerts for existing out of compliance resources, this means we would get a lot of emails for controls we already know are out of compliance.  we are hoping to only receive alerts for newly created resources.  Has anyone created a logic app based off of a start date?
