Can we download Critical/High severity finding

Hi, I am new to Defender for Azure Devops, I activated a trial to tes it. On Azure, clicking Unhealthy resources, Azure lists the resources with some red/green/grey bars which I can download but it contains couple of columns "activeRecommendations" and "completedRecommendations". This file does not help us in analyzing the threats and prioritize them for example in excel and see the history or doing charts or process the vulnerbilities. When we click on a resource name we see Resource information on the left along with Recommandations on the left which lists the threats by severity but it seems that it is not possible to download anything. So If I imagen I have 1000 issues for 20 or 30 ongoing projects and would like to process this list in different manners, how this can be done as going manullay on each Resource name, click then click....will be a huge works. We have used other tools and we were capable of downloading a list of issue, vulnerabilities, security threats by severity and category which we can sort and exploit and work with.
