Azure Security Center- Built-in Virtual Machine Vulnerability Assessment is now generally available!

 

Hi all,

 

We are very excited to announce the GA of Azure Security Center’s Built-in Virtual Machine Vulnerability Assessment!

 

The built-in solution provides an easy way for Azure customers with standard tier subscription in ASC to enable the industry-leading vulnerability assessment solution (powered by Qualys) on their virtual machines with a single click, with no extra charge.

 

After choosing to onboard, vulnerabilities that are found by the VA scanner are being sent back to Security Center, and are available as recommendations, together with information on how to remediate the issues and protect the vulnerable attack surface.

    Cristhofer Munoz this is fast and easy.

    I remember times where I should have to write several scripts in Linux Kali to do something similar to this.

    Now, we do the same task with few clicks.
