Workgroup onboarding machine : Managed By Unknown
Hello, I have onboarded two workgroup computers in MDE since yesterday, but in the managed by i still see unknown instead of MDE: Can anyone tell me what to check for troubleshooting?
- It happened to me that it appeared after 2 days.
I would try to wait until tomorrow
I used local script as the machines are in workgroup.
Do you see the device though among the managed ones? I remember when I had done onboarding it took 3 days for it to come up on the portal as managed by MDE.
- Yes, the device does appear on the portal.
But in the documentation, it says that normally 45 minutes to 1 hour later the device should be marked as managed by MDE.
For me, since yesterday, it's always marked unknown.- Are there anything i can check ??
