Windows defender clashes with another Anti virus Solution and makes windows horribly slow

Hello All,

Hoping the community can help me on my issue.

We have an Antivirus solution for endpoint ( windows laptops). Since Defender is installed by default, it clashes with new AV solution. This makes Windows horribly slow. A Click takes couple of minutes to respond at times.

We were recommended from  new Vendor to disable Defender but we have not been able to do so in spite of support from MS ( A ticket has been logged for weeks without any resolution). I am hoping if someone has similar experience and can help us /share any info.

    Hey Prabhu_defender 

     

    Are you running in passive mode for defender and have you added in the appropriate exclusions against your incumbent AV solution
