Windows defender clashes with another Anti virus Solution and makes windows horribly slow

Hello All,Hoping the community can help me on my issue.We have an Antivirus solution for endpoint ( windows laptops). Since Defender is installed by default, it clashes with new AV solution. This makes Windows horribly slow. A Click takes couple of minutes to respond at times.We were recommended from&nbsp; new Vendor to disable Defender but we have not been able to do so in spite of support from MS ( A ticket has been logged for weeks without any resolution). I am hoping if someone has similar experience and can help us /share any info.&nbsp;

Hey&nbsp;Prabhu_defender&nbsp;&nbsp;Are you running in passive mode for defender and have you added in the appropriate exclusions against your incumbent AV solution&nbsp;Check out the link here for direction on what needs to be excluded
