Im a global administrator im viewing the settings endpoints there are no permissions section
i can see advanced features
in the rules i have alert suppression

So you do not see the device group section as reported by the following link:

the problem was defender for business premium license so we should have defender for endpoint P1/P2
Regards,ElieAT If you have Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses, web content filtering functionality is also included.
- it is included but only for all devices so you cannot specify a group of devices
