Unable to purchase MDE P2 from Admin portal

Hello everyone!

I'm currently using the MDE P2 trial for my workstation and it expires on the 18th, I'd like to purchase the license, but there is no option to purchase the subscription.  Does anyone have an idea how to purchase MDE?
