Unable to add new URLs to be unblocked

As of this morning, this is now working again as expected.

Hi,

I can see that there has been an update in MDE for when you add Indicators

However, every time I now add a URL to be allowed, it will fail with the below error:

Failed to add URL indicator

Wanted to raise here in case others are also seeing this issue.
I get the same regardless of how I add the URL:

https://laughingsquid.com
laughingsquid.com

That is just a test example site that is currently blocked, but have been getting this all of today. Before the changes were made, this wasn't an issue.

I am also seeing this when trying to add new IP addresses to either be blocked or allowed.
