Software inventory - Versions out of date

Hi,

 

The software inventory is reporting that there is still an older version of a product installed, when the updated version was installed on a previous day. The new version is also present

 

- When does this information get updated? Is it real-time?

- What information source does this use? Win32_Product only shows the new version

    Anyone who has an update on this? I'm new to Defender ATP. Onboarded a couple of devices through Configuration Manager.
    But software versions on devices are not updated in days after the software is updated on the device itself.

     

    Is there some trigger or can we force update something in here?

     

    Also device inventory is very slow.

      Versions should be updated within 4 hours (is what I heard from the PG). If it's not, I would create a support case for this.

     Have noticed this as well. this stood out when the WIN10 ver wasn't updated. Any way to force a rescan like is possible with SCCM?
