Software incorrectly flagged as false positive

Hi I’m writing this to request assistance with a recent issue we encountered involving Windows Defender. Our software was incorrectly flagged as a false positive. We then quickly uploaded it to false positive submission portal  https://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Submission/Submit.aspx, our primary concern is the timing of the incident, our application got blocked during a critical period for our customers.

To avoid any such disruptions in the future, we would like to engage in a proactive manner of white listing our EV signed application binaries beforehand, so that they are marked safe.

So, I request please share the link to White listing portal for the Windows defender, if such a portal is not available can I continue uploading our binaries to the false positive submission portal even if it’s not flagged?
