Hi harryz0819 , Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is already built in, means you have the capability, However, since you are looking in to a Business environment, you can onboard defender for M365 Tenant for telemetry, xdr, etc. Which provide you with tools to secure your business environment. You simply can download onboard script from M365 Defender portal (security.microsoft.com - for Businesses) and execute it via your third-party tool and devices will automatically onboard.
