Security Portal missing Endpoint Security Policies

Hello

I have small question in regards security.microsoft portal.

1.I have completed set-up wizard on security.microsoft portal.

2. Enabled Defender for servers Plan 2

3. Enabled Preview features in Settings > Endpoint > Advanced features

4.Enabled Preview features in Settings > Microsoft 365 Defender > Account 

5.Enabled Allow Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to enforce Endpoint Security Configurations in Intune.

6. Configured  security portal to only manage policies for Servers 

My end goal is to manage laptops with Intune and servers with the security portal, however after sync time configuration went back to the initial state where it prompt me to configure Intune more precisely point 5. 

At this point I am unsure what is the reason that Intune didn't sync with the security portal and Endpoint Security Policies are not available. Could this be a license issue as under Settings > Endpoints > Licenses I could only see Microsoft Defender for Business. I would expect to see Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Plan 2 there ?
