well... the problem is that next time full scan will run on my computer, it will report it again 😕

...it however creates a different named log file every time... So I can exclude the entire folder - but do not want to do that as at some point, there may be a real malware hiding in that foldersumo83 😂 Clearly waiting for an official response that it is indeed a false positive
