Performance analyzer for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - ScanType Info

Just started looking into the use of this tool to troubleshoot some performance issues we are seeing with some devices becoming unusable during full scans.

It looks great and is returning some good info but it would be good to have a reference of what the different "ScanTypes" are and how they differ?

So far I can see

UfsFileScan

StreamScan

OnDemandScan

But still nothing?

Anyone else used this tool successfully?
