Onboarding Defender Endpoint, Devices Not Appearing

I am attempting to onboard Defender Endpoint on several laptops for a small client. I have run the script to onboard, and the logs show onboarding was successful, but the devices do not show in the security console at https://securitycenter.windows.com/. Can anyone tell me how to get the laptops to show up in the console?
Thanks,
Joe

Alex, I've gone through that document and every other one I can find.  I've rolled this out to another client with no problems.  Please note this is Win10 clients so the monitoring agent doesn't apply, and there is no proxy server.  The logs say it was onboarded.  Any thoughts are appreciated.

Just following Alex here that you should run the script to check if all network connectivity is good.
have you tried to run on onboarding test to see if the alert popes up?
