AdamS_1 same here. I have tried chrome/firefox/edge, none of the browsers allow me to upload files anymore. I have found a workaround which I want to share with you all until this will be fixed. In the live response window zoom your browser back to say 50% and you will see the buttons next to each other instead hidden under the three dots. After zooming out, you can click "Upload file to library" again and gives a change to upload a file.
