Not able to see Endpoint in Setting

Hi Team,

 

I am doing EDR practice eventually not able to see the Endpoint in Setting to Onboard 

Please help me to get this

      Thank you for your response, yes I don't have MDE license but I want to learn endpoint security
      and practice please suggest me how can we learn this
