MS Professional support for Defender ATP is nonexistent
At this point I would not recommend Microsoft Defender ATP to anyone.
I don't have any specific complaints about the product itself, but I do have some issues with the support.
We were sold MSATP with the promise of it being the next big thing. We were able to deploy easily as promised. Got everything up and running and clients onboarded. But now that we are requesting some training on the product, general overview, etc, no one can help us. Microsoft themselves seem to have zero people who know anything about the product.
I feel that some of the questions I have are not something that is easy to answer, but I honestly don't know.
I sort of feel like were told the things we wanted to hear, they got our money, and then we are left to fend for ourselves. We do have premier support, but I am scared to use it because of how I may be wasting those precious hours on a dumb issues.
Unfortunately we are stuck with it for now.
