Microsoft Threat Experts availability and Respond
Dear All
Currently, I'm evaluating Microsoft Defender ATP and some of our concern on the Microsoft Respond on Inquiries when there is incidents occurred.
1. Does Microsoft Threat Expert required additional License or Subscription if we already have E5 license.
2. Is Microsoft Threat Experts available 24/7/365 to Monitor and support?
3. Can contact by Telephone in case of emergency? What is the nature of communication between Customer and Microsoft Threat Experts team?
4. How quickly Microsoft Threat Experts respond after Contacted? within an 1 hours or minutes?
5. Can we inquiry on alerts such as false , positive alerts or detection? How fast Microsoft Threat Expert team respond to the questions or inquiries?

A: Yes, you must purchase a Microsoft Premier Support Agreement. Contact your Microsoft Account Executive for details on this.

A: Yes

A: You can request a call back and provide your phone number when opening the case.
Q: How quickly Microsoft Threat Experts respond after Contacted? within an 1 hours or minutes?
A: This would follow the severity level agreements defined by the Microsoft Premier organization, so they would have to provide that information to you. For example, a Severity C case is a response in 8 hours, and the A and B are faster.
Q: Can we inquiry on alerts such as false , positive alerts or detection?
A: :"Experts on Demand" is a service where you can ask Microsoft's cybersecurity team about any of these relevant security questions.
