MDE tagging for MacOS devices
Hello all,
I am wondering if anyone knows how to enable MDE tagging for macOS devices.
We know how to do it for Windows devices as per instructions here > https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/defender-endpoint/machine-tags?view=o365-worldwide#add-device-tags-by-creating-a-custom-profile-in-microsoft-intune however, seems is not the same for macOS devices. At least is not straight forward.
May I know if someone can provide more details?

- I have been testing this approach, and I can't get the tag reflected in MDE. May I know if Microsoft Defender App must be installed on the macOS? I do have a solution for Windows which works fine. The same is for Mobiles (public preview). May I know what I am missing here? BTW, 48 hours passed already. Thank you
