MDE - AMSI detections - exclusions

Is there way how to create some exclusions to MDE AV AMSI module? There are detections for our powershell and vbs monitorings scripts. I tried to exclude path, processes but without luck. I submited alerts and also MDE logs to MS support but they never helped me.
