MDATP Cannot Support WinServer2012R2 for TVM ,Scan virus

Hello, I have a question, Microsoft Defender ATP Lab test on Server2012 R2 in my environment demo,

I found the problem related about risk management and vulnerability, virus scanner feature cannot use with Windows Server 2012R2. ( Help, guideline please )
