Malicious IP

One of the malicious IP addresses, 87.251.64.140, is attacking the machine to exploit the RDP port. How can we restrict it on the Defender Endpoint Security Portal and block it, or how can we prevent it from attacking and performing port mapping? The IP is continuously targeting the server to exploit RDP.
