MacOS: Update Defender Agent via Live Response?

Does anyone know if there is a way to update the Defender app on MacOS by utilizing Live Response? Our Mac fleet is managed by intune and has Defender installed; however, inTune does not support remediation actions on MacOS yet, and I cannot find a way to remotely update the Defender agent. Thank you.

    Unfortuantely not yet, theres no current way to upgrade the agent on MacOS via Live response that i know about. Have you tried to update the agent in the convential way?

      Yes - conventional update still works, but for certain users who have opened tickets because they are having issues due to the agent not being updated, it would be nice to just push the update for them. Thanks for your reply.
