Machine API

Hey,

I'm trying to integrate with Machine API(https://api.securitycenter.microsoft.com/api/machines) in MDE to retrieve ip address of machines, and I saw there is inconsistency between what I see in the UI and what I am getting from the API.

For instance I changed the ip address of my machine and then It was updated in the MDE UI, but via the API I get the old result. 

How is it possible?
