Live Response API - GetFile stuck in pending and fails?

Has anyone seen this when using the Live Response API? Attempting to retrieve a file from an endpoint using the GetFile action gets stuck in Pending status for a while and eventually fails. I've tried this in a couple different tenants using fresh Azure Windows 11 VMs.
