License requirements for OSx devices?

What is the license requirements for an OSx machine, is it still a Microsoft365-e5 license? I've on-boarded my own machine, of which I have an MS365-E5 license, but any others that I've rolled out aren't showing in the portal, they are all Office365-e3 licenses (With EMS e3).

 

Can we upgrade them to EMS-E5 or does it need to be a Microsoft365-E5?

    MDATP is available in a Windows E5 license. It's not included in an EMS license.

    But I haven't found any info about MacOS specific licenses

    Thanks! Yeah I was grasping at straws re the EMS licenses 🙂
