Investigation package issue

Hello,

I noticed that some of the files from the investigation package is empty, but they should not be empty. 

For example critical for investigation files which is empty are: 

- processes.csv

- InstalledPrograms.csv

- Services.csv 

- etc ...

Those files are extremely critical from investigation perspective. What can be an issue ?
