Inconsistencies in quarantine file actions displayed in Action Center

I’ve noticed inconsistencies with the quarantine file actions logged in the Defender XDR action center. For some incidents where Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) has acted and quarantined a file, the quarantine action gets logged in the action center. However, for other incidents, it doesn’t.

Is there a known reason for this discrepancy, or has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.
