How to apply M365 Endpoint Defender setting immediately?
Hi After setting be changed ( Microsoft 365 Defender > Settings >Endpoints > General > Advanced features > Allow or block file > On), how to apply it to all device immediately?

After you change the setting, it will be applied automatically to the all the onboarded devices within sometime. There is no particular way to manually apply the setting to a set of devices.
