Thanks for your message.

 

I have checked the suggested registry settings and GPO , both seem to be fine.

 

Any other suggestions?

Try resetting the Platform version using:

"%programdata%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Platform\<version>\MpCmdRun.exe" -ResetPlatform

Then update the Platform Version using Windows Update Catalog:
