Hi, i found the root cause of that issue last month. The Asset impacted was incorrectly configured as DC and other purpose. With the new Domain controller enforcement, the issue is now fixed.
I have had a similar issue where the system had a very old Platform version. I would update the platform then offboard and re onboard again.
