Evaluation and Tutorial - Evaluation Lab

Really excited to see the evaluation lab in MD-ATP and noticed recently (not sure if I missed it the first time) the machine allocation. Is the idea for the allocation to be a 'one time' allocation only? I like the idea of this being completely segregated from my environment particularly for 'real-world' detonation of suspicious files etc. 

Is there the possibility for the evaluation lab computers to be an ongoing monthly amount that is available. I.e. 3 machines per month and if I spin up more then I get charged at Azure VM rates or something similar?
