Thanks. Can you check for the following as well?
1. Is the license reporting assigned in the Defender Portal under licenses? Should be accessible through settings>endpoints>licenses.
2. Is Intune connector enabled in Defender under advanced options? It should be already enabled if it is reflecting enabled in Intune, but let’s check anyway.
3. Is the EDR policy in Intune reporting compliant for the targeted devices?

Hi,
Issue is solved. We have multiple tenants (Prod and Test). Seems that alerts are sent to the wrong one (misconfiguration on your side probably).
