How are you enrolling the device? You mentioned EDR profile, so is it through auto connector or the onboarding package? Is the MDE connector showing available and synced in Intune?
- I used automatic enrollment. The MDE connector is available and synced (last today)...
- Have you assigned the MDE license to the enrolling user?
- An Microsoft 365 Business Premium license is assigned to the user (with all services enabled)...
