How long has it been for the MDE enrollment? Have you tried running the test script to validate enrollment and generating test alerts?

MDE enrollment has been done more than 30 days.

- How are you enrolling the device? You mentioned EDR profile, so is it through auto connector or the onboarding package? Is the MDE connector showing available and synced in Intune?
- I used automatic enrollment. The MDE connector is available and synced (last today)...
- Have you assigned the MDE license to the enrolling user?
