Hi nissana,
you would be correct according to the last sentence in the first paragraph here on the MS Docs on Web Protection on iOS and Android.
On top of WCF not being supported neither is IP based custom indicators. URL and Domain based custom indicators are supported for mobile. There’s also some cool info about how Web Protection works on mobile in that doc.
