MD AV platform updates are offered through KB4052623. This update is released monthly.

The current MD AV platform version is Platform: 4.18.2207.7.

Is this KB added to your SCCM patch cycle? If not you should add it to your monthly deployment.

As far as MMPC is concerned, if you are referring to the signature download source order, this setting is only for MD AV definition updates and not for platform updates.
