Defender Kernel-uek for Linux Troubleshooting

Recently we followed the latest security evaluation of MS Defender and updated the Linux Kernel on all of our Oracle DB Servers. They are configured to pull the most recent stable Kernel release directly from Oracle but yet the Defender recommendations still won´t acknowlede the installed version as safe. We won´t change the repositorys since they´re already what oracle demands - so the question is how can I dismiss the Defender alert without creating an exception? 
I feel that I´m overlooking something...
