Defender for Endpoint Onboarding
Hi, We have noticed that defender for endpoint is onboarding personal user devices. Could you please advise how to restrict personal devices to be onboarded? We don't want personal devices ...
It's through Intune. Windows 10 and 11
Are you managing personal devices in Intune? If yes, then you can create a device filter for corporate only devices and use that in your onboarding policy.
- no we are not. it's set to block personal devices in intune
- If that's the case then are you just seeing personal devices on Defender Portal? Are they actually showing onboarded or getting discovered due to tenant wide configuration?
rahuljindal I did a extract from Defender portal and it says onboarded for those devices, managed by Intune. These devices do not appear to be in Intune at all.
