Defender for Endoint linux - APACHE on access

Hello,

we want to use defender for endpoint under linux for securing a apache webserver.

The eicar testvirus is detected only on writing, but not an access through apache webserver.

We found zero informations to change this behaviour ( scan on access ).

Is this possible?
