Hello, does any know what this alert is exactly ? and do i need to be worried ?

Its your Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager Alerts triggering
Check out this reference https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/compliance-manager-alert-policies, in case they get to spammy for you. Someone may have turned them on without notifying you etc. You can customize them based on your requirements
