Defender 2 Usage

Recently upgraded from Defender 1 to Defender 2. Where can someone go to learn how to use all the features and ensure deployment correctly?  I also noticed many of our computer are extremely "laggy".  Could this be a result of the real-time monitoring of Defender 2?
