Custom tags for Software & Security Recommendations

Any change we can add a request for custom tags on software inventory and security recommendations - will help a lot with a distributed team across the globe.

This is a feature my team is actively wishing for
- I could really use this too.
Adding a custom tag to the software inventory would enable a much smoother workflow and one that is much more efficient.
