Create and Manage Device Groups area is missing from my tenant

- Aug 29, 2023i think your license is not covering what are you looking for , i suggest you to open a ticket with MS security team to check your tenant and your license requirements

can you check the license blade, do you have plan 1 or plan 2 in place for the users ?

It's whatever is included with M365 Business Premium.- Marc_LafAug 29, 2023Iron ContributorIf you look at the chart at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/defender-business/compare-mdb-m365-plans?view=o365-worldwide#compare-defender-for-business-to-defender-for-endpoint-plan-1-and-plan-2 you can see that DfB contains everything P1 has and even some P2 components.
So I'm not sure why I can't see this permission section. - Aug 29, 2023ok , then your plan include the usage of the device group. couple of things to try. first clear your browser cache and re-login again to the defender portal. make sure that your user is licensed of business premium

I logged in with my user account which IS licensed and I still don't see the section. The other sections are visible but greyed out (cannot change) which is expected.
