CAD Application and MDE

Security partner communicated customer in Japan (Truck manufacture)

 

Customer uses TcNX, Siemens CAD, PDM software. They found performance issue on DB server, and Oracle user was locked and was not released, then Oracle user cold not rejoin system due to CrowdStrike EDR. Now CrowdStrike behaivier analytics is off in order to access Oracle DB.

 

They are searching other EDR for replacement.

 

Please advise me 1) is there any customer case like above? 2) MDE works with TcNX or other CAD application?
