Bulk Adding URL IOC's as Indicators Issue

I have an issue where I am trying to upload multiple URLs to be blocked via Indicators (something I have done quite a few times before) but now when ever I do this it will fail.

Looking at the portal, it looks like it is expecting Hashes instead of URLs. This is the same for importing IP addresses as well

After Importing, it will state that the URLs have been imported, but it won't actually import them. I think this is due to it expecting Hashes instead of URLs?

Note, nothing new has been added to the Hash Table, so it is doing nothing currently. Are there any known issues for this at the moment?

Note: I can add URLs one-by-one fine, it's just when bulk importing URLs I get the issue. Am in the UK as well, if that helps
