ASR - SCCM Config - conflict with GPO config

environnment:

-we have multiples domains managed by one sccm  instance.

-defender config:

some of the endpoints (clients or servers) are managed by sccm, others are managed by gpo.

-problem:

we have found out that settings by sccm , seems to be only on the ASR Module, get overwritten by the GPO settings. usually sccm setting are mean to overwrite the gpo setting.  also some ASR rules are missing in the sccm config (this has been reported in another post)
